 As we know that Jack Ma, chinese name also known as Ma Yun is the author for the E-trade mammoth Alibaba and associate for Alipay which is his sister’s company. He is definitely a wealthy man in China. Jack Ma is the person that made billionaires by self-effacing.  Jack Ma was conceived in 1964 in Hangzhou, he was brought up by an elder brother and a younger sister. All throughout Jack Ma's life, he has failed many times from his childhood until he became the author for the global electronic commerce. (investopedia.com)

1.    Failure is an option

The meaning of failure is an option is that someone successful needs to face several failures before they reach to the top in their business. So, as an entrepreneur, one should not fear to face failure in order to solve the problem. (Hijrah menjadi Usahawan, 2011) When Jack Ma is young he has learned more failure in the reality rather than in the education. During the primary school exam he had failed not once rather twice. Besides that, in the middle school exam he failed again. After finish the high school it was the time for everyone to go for universities  (businessinsider.com). Jack also have applied to Harvard University ten times about being conceded and got dismissed every time. He just think the failure he had faced as a training. After spending three years to get into a University, Jack failed to get a job after applying to them 30 times.  When he recollected he knew that he was the only one of 24 applicants to be a KFC manager to be rejected and the only one out of 5 applicants to the police force to be rejected. Likewise, this didn't stop him in any capacity of imagining greater.
